A little bit
of magic
Many of the sessions involve
experimenting with different tastes and textures, to see what foods work together, and which don’t. This will benefit children as they get older and learn to ‘throw a few things together’ that
they find in the cupboard and fridge.
Cooking with the children in
a home environment will encourage them to be more adventurous and confident in their own kitchens. By getting them involved in the food preparation early on, children are often more likely to eat foods
they would otherwise never have tried.
Flour, flour everywhere…
All participants will be provided
with a chef’s hat (which they can take away at the end of the session), an apron, and will have full use of all equipment
in the kitchen. They will also leave at the end of the session with the food
they have made (so please provide suitable containers).
